Bitcointalk.org will not have developed new forum software by Jan 1, 2013

bitcointalk.org is currently looking for someone to develop new software for the forums. agree with this if you think they WON'T and disagree if you thing they WILL. and I'm giving them a full year to develop it and it should be considered developed if it is the default forum used on the site at that time. they have raised thousands of dollars to create the software so it is certainly a possibility.
